Distribution: West of Cascades crest in Washington; northern British Columbia to northern Oregon, disjunct in Maine; Ontario, Quebec.

Habitat: High humidity forest.

Substrate: On trees, esp. conifers.

Conservation Status: Recommended for listing, under review in Washington (WANHP)

Description:
General:

Thallus grey-green and pendent, with slender branches 0.1-0.7 mm in width, flattened at base. Branches taper and curl at the tips.
